This new family of PCI Express controllers offer the latest 6G/sec SATA III performance at an amazingly affordable price. Comes with choice of 2 eSATA III ports for external SATA connection or 2 standard SATA III ports for internal drives, both controllers can also be installed in low profile PCs using the bundled low profile bracket.

*To achieve the maximum throughput, the PCI-Express slot must be version 2.0 or higher. Older system with PCD-Express 1.0 will limit the speed to 2.5 Gbps. Performance per port may decrease if both ports are transferring data simultaneously due to the limited throughput of the PCI-Express slot.
