The Addonics Mobile DVD+/-R/RW a Dual format DVD burner
that combine all the functions of a DVD Player, DVD Recorder, CD Player
and CD Recorder all into one compact unit. With the bundled software,
you can use this device for achieving data to high capacity DVD+/-R or
+/-RW media, or recording onto the ubiquitous CD-R or CD-RW media, DVD,
CDRW duplication, or view DVD movie. Like most of Addonics external storage
solution, the Mobile DVD+/-R/RW or DVD-R/RW offers flexible interface
connection of USB 2.0, or Firewire. With all the functions
and interface flexibility, the Addonics Mobile DVD+/-R/RW or DVD-R/RW
Super Combo drive is an excellent storage device to add to any computer
for handle all the different optical media standards today.

CD-ROM Drive.
- Interchangeable FireWire or USB 2.0
USIB cable (Note: One of these interface cables is included with the
drive, other interface cables can be purchased separately.)

double-sided DVD-R, DVD+RW, DVD-RW*, CD-R, CDRW, CD-ROM, CD-ROM XA,
CD-I, CD-DA, multi-session Photo CD, CD-text, CD-Bridge, CD-Extra and
Video CD.
- 5 Popular Recording Modes: Track at Once, Multi-session,
Disc at Once, Session at Once and Packet Writing.
- Bundled with Sonic MyDVD authoring software, Ahead
Nero Express CD copying software and VLC Media Player

Media - Not all
media are the same. At this time, we highly recommend to use Pioneer and
Sony brand of DVD-R or DVD-RW media. Other brand of media that we tested
and worked well with our drive are LEDA and GQ. We have received report
that the media from Fuji and Maxell are not compatible.
