Addonics Intros New CD-RW Drives

(MacNN) -- Mar. 12, 2002 -- Addonics today announced itse Addonics 32x Combo CDRW/Copier, which features both a 52X CD-ROM as a source drive and a 32x12x40x CDRW that can be used as a stand alone one-to-one CD duplicator as well as an external CDRW drive. The FireWire model is $520, however, Mac compatibility is limited. Addonics also introduced the 16x Pocket CDRW is "barely larger than a standard Compact Disc case" and weighs only 14 ounces. It features a 16x10x24x mechanism, but also has limited Mac compatibility. The FireWire version is $430.
